With tasks that 8 billion folks do,
Each day’s hours, a strict limit in view,
Human behavior’s domain,
Across borders, a chain,
Yet global time’s overview, who knew?

From sleep to pursuits so diverse,
Human actions in all realms immerse,
Minds and bodies in play,
Worlds shaped day by day,
Time’s allocation, a treasure to traverse.

As GDP’s threads weave their sway,
Some activities bend, others stay,
Food and infrastructure’s tune,
In this global commune,
Time’s symphony, diverse in its display.

In the gut’s realm, a story to tell,

Bifidobacterium longum, a symbiont new,
Its extracellular vesicles, effects we pursue,
Anti-inflammatory they prove to be,
IL-10 secretion, host’s defense, we see,
Proteins enriched, a function in view.

ABC transporters, quorum sensing they bind,
Extracellular solute-binding, their kind,
Prominent role in anti-inflammatory delight,
Bacterial vesicles, a future so bright,
Therapeutics ahead, their potential we find.
